By downloading and/or using any material you agree to the terms of use outlined in this document, and the copyright law applicable in your country.
MCA Designs is not responsible to any individual, organization or business for any loss and/or damages incurred from the use of the digital designs,
kits, elements or associated material.

• create a layout, design or product with the digital designs for your own personal use and enjoyment or for others where there is no compensation involved HOWEVER you may request commercial usage by contacting MCA Designs, which will be considered on a case by case basis.
• upload a layout, design or product that uses the digital designs to an online gallery but you must give credit to MCA Designs.
• submit for publication a layout, design or product that uses the digital designs but you must give credit to MCA Designs.
You may not:
• redistribute any file by any means including sending links or files by email to any other person or group, uploading files to another group or site or the creation of compilation CD or DVD’s or any other facility that would allow others to access the file either for or without payment.
• share by direct links to any digital designs, kits, elements or associated material, also known as “hotlinking”.
• rename any file and call it your own.
• incorporate any elements into a new element and call it your own or to alter the element and call it your own.
• create a layout, design or product with the digital design for others in return for compensation.
• transfer ownership to another individual. All files are single user license.
• use any of the digital designs to create obscene, defamatory or immoral works, nor is it permitted to use content for any other purpose which is prohibited by law.

MCA Designs retains the right to alter these terms of use at any time and to revoke usage rights at any time.
